Why there is no contact form
A contact form needs a server to receive the submission. This site is static HTML served from a CDN — there is nothing behind it to process a form, and building a form that silently discarded your message would be worse than having none. The links below open your own email client instead.
General enquiries
Questions about the site, how something works, or anything that does not fit the categories below.
Game feedback and bug reports
Something not working, a control that feels wrong, a difficulty spike that seems unfair, or an idea for a game. This is the most useful mail we get.
hello@playfoodarcade.xyz with "Game feedback" in the subject line.
A bug report is much easier to act on with four things: which game, which browser and version, whether you were on desktop or mobile, and what you were doing when it happened. If the game showed an error message, quoting it exactly helps a great deal.
Content corrections
If an article on this site states something that is wrong, we want to know. Corrections are handled under our fact-checking policy: verified errors are fixed, the update date changes, and a correction note is added to the article where the error was substantive.
Copyright concerns
Every game, image, sound and article on this site is original to it. All visuals are drawn at run time from canvas primitives and standard system emoji; all audio is synthesised at run time with the Web Audio API. No third-party assets are bundled.
If you nevertheless believe something on this site infringes your rights, contact us and we will investigate promptly. Please include the specific page URL, a description of the work you believe has been infringed, evidence of your ownership and your contact details.
Business enquiries
Advertising, partnerships and other commercial matters.

Two things we decline in advance, so nobody wastes their time: we do not publish sponsored articles presented as editorial, and we do not accept paid links inside guides. The editorial policy explains why.
What to expect
- We read everything. We do not always reply, but bug reports and corrections are always acted on.
- Typical response time for anything requiring an answer is a few working days.
- We cannot help with problems on other websites, including sites that host copies of games similar to ours.
- We do not provide technical support for your browser or device beyond issues specific to this site.
Before you write about a game problem
A few issues have quick fixes worth trying first:
- The game will not start. Reload the page. If a game fails to initialise, it shows an explicit error message with a reload button rather than a blank canvas — if you see a blank area instead, that itself is worth reporting.
- No sound. Browsers block audio until you interact with the page, so sound begins after your first tap or key press. Check the speaker button in the toolbar under the game, and check your device is not muted.
- Scores are not saving. LocalStorage is disabled in private or incognito windows in some browsers, and blocked entirely if you have disabled site data. The game will still play; it just cannot remember.
- Controls feel laggy on mobile. Close other tabs. Canvas games compete with everything else the browser is doing, and a phone with thirty tabs open has very little frame budget to spare.
- The game is too hard. Every game has four difficulty presets in the toolbar under the canvas. Easy is a genuinely different experience, not a token gesture.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is there no contact form?
Because this site is static and has no backend to receive one. A form that looked functional but silently discarded messages would be a dark pattern, so we use plain email addresses instead.
How quickly will you reply?
Usually within a few working days for anything that needs an answer. Bug reports and corrections are acted on whether or not we reply.
Can I request a specific game?
Yes, and suggestions genuinely do influence what gets built. Send them to the general address with "Game idea" in the subject.
Will you link to my site?
Not in exchange for payment or a reciprocal link. We link out only where a source genuinely helps a reader understand something.
